CHECK-IN HOURS

Check-in is possible at a time to be agreed between 15: 30-20: 00.
Communicating the exact arrival time and any changes is important because the Residence does not have a reception. This means that we cannot always be present in the Structure.

Late check-in after 20:00 is only possible if agreed and approved in advance and has an additional cost of € 20 for arrivals between 20:00 and 21:00 and of € 40 for arrivals between 21:00 : 00 and 23:00.

LUGGAGE

Upon arrival, it is not possible to leave luggage before check-in time.

At check-out, you will be provided with another set of keys in order to leave your bags even after departure time.

HOW TO FIND US

Residenza Sassetti is located in via Sassetti 6, next to the Dior boutique and in front of Louis Vuitton. Please call 393 8543053 ten minutes before your arrival so that we can arrive to welcome you.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is not served in the Residence but at the Hard Rock Cafè in Piazza della Repubblica.
The bar is open every day from 8:00 to 11:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00.
Breakfast can be purchased at the time of booking by selecting “rate with breakfast” or on site.
The voucher costs 12 € per person per day and includes a hot drink, a fruit juice, a brioche, a salty, toast with jam.

CAR

It is possible to enter the ZTL limited traffic area, and then communicate the license plate to the parking staff.

We do not have a parking lot at the Residence but we recommend that you contact:

GLB Service Car Valet
You can call them at 371-423083 upon arrival, pointing out that you are our guest, a staff member will come to collect your car.
The cost for 24 hours is € 30 for standard cars and from € 40 for larger cars.

It is located in via del Giglio 24 – Florence, a 5-minute walk from the Residence
The cost is from € 27 per day for our guests.

TRAIN

The Central Station of Santa Maria Novella is about 10 minutes away on foot.

AIRPLANE

From the Amerigo Vespucci airport, take the tramway towards Unità and get off at Alamanni-Stazione Centrale Santa Maria Novella. From the station walk for about 10 minutes.

RATES

If you choose a “non-refundable” rate, payment is made immediately at the time of booking.

If, on the other hand, you opt for a booking with “standard cancellation”, half of the amount will be pre-authorized by us 2/3 days before your arrival.

CITY TAX

The tourist tax has a cost of € 4 per day per person and must be paid locally in cash.

ANIMALS

Small dogs are accepted with a supplement of 20 € per day.
